In the tapestry of my life, I have noticed a common thread of providence: the healing power of safe places. Growing up, I moved around a lot, spreading my formative years between the US, South Korea, and Singapore. In the midst of turbulence and transience, I consistently found comfort and strength in safe places. They felt like oases in the desert, pockets of heaven on earth.

My desire is to be a safe relationship in which you can experience grace, restoration, and freedom. Through EMDR and Restoration Therapy, I am passionate about helping you break free from cycles of shame and move towards peace.
