Brief info
Angelina has gained clinical experience in multiple settings including working with children, adolescents, and adults with PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression in group and individual settings, as well as in community wellness, and ABA therapy environments. She is also a certified facilitator in Circle of Security Parenting (COSP), where she teaches and supports caregivers in strengthening parent-child relationships. Her goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate space to empower clients throughout their healing journey.
Angelina’s ministry experience includes growing up as a pastor’s kid. She understands what it’s like to wrestle with making a relationship with God and the church one’s own. Part of her draw to help ministry leaders is from her own experiences with growing up in the church. Angelina's passion for working with families, combined with her personal experience in ministry, makes her a fantastic fit for Desert Road Ministries!
Angelina has a good awareness of when she needs a break. She has created routines within her family for restorative rest. Some of her natural giftings as a counselor include building a strong relationship with her clients and creating a safe environment for counseling.
